Legal

Privacy policy.

How AG4 Future handles the data submitted through this website, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Portuguese version prevails.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you provide in the website's forms: name, company or farm, email, WhatsApp, state, city, information about the machine (manufacturer, model, year, type and installed systems), the subject of interest and your message.

Along with the submission, we record technical information about where the contact came from: the form page, the landing page on the website, the referring site (referrer), campaign parameters (UTM) and the date and time of submission.

What we use it for

  • To reply to your message or technical assessment request;
  • To assess the compatibility of your machine with AG4 technology;
  • To understand, in aggregate, which channels bring contacts to the website.

The legal basis is your consent, recorded in the authorization checkbox on the form, and the performance of preliminary procedures related to a contract you request (Art. 7, items I and V, of the LGPD).

Browser storage

The website does not use advertising cookies. To record where the contact came from, we keep the landing page and the campaign parameters from your first visit in your browser's local storage. This data is only sent to AG4 if you submit a form. You can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell or transfer your data. It may be processed by providers that operate AG4's hosting and message-receiving infrastructure, solely for that purpose.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to reply to your request and follow up on any business relationship that results from it, or until you request deletion, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and you may revoke your consent, under Art. 18 of the LGPD. To do so, get in touch through the contact page, choosing the subject “Other subject” and stating “Privacy” in the message.

Updates

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
